Procedure How to Fill CA Foundation Examination Form Successfully

To appear in the CA foundation than you need to fill the exam form. The CA foundation exam form is available on the official ICAI website. Candidates who have passed the 12th can be only eligible to register CA foundation. Students who are graduated than they did not need to fill the CA foundation examination form, they can directly go for the CA intermediate course. Examination forms are filled twice in a year. Students have to fill some personal details like name, contact number, gender, Email id etc.while filling the exam form and also need to submit some documents.

The fees of CA Foundation exam form is rs 1500 for Indian exam centers and for other centers there is another fee. If the candidate makes a mistake in filling the form than ICAI provide the correction window for candidates to correct the errors.

ICAI CA foundation exams are conducted in an offline mode. It will perform twice in a year once in May and once in November. If you will not clear the exams in the first or second attempt then you not need to register again. Registration is valid for three years you can apply still in three years. You can increase your validation time for more than three years by paying the re-validation fee.

Steps to fill CA foundation Examination Form:-

• First, go to the official ICAI website and click on the registration.
• After click on the registration button than the two pages open one in new user who wants to register the first time and other is an existing user who registered previously.
• After you have to fill your some necessary details like name, gender, date of birth, email, contact number etc.
• Next click on the register button to submit the details than the OTP comes on the email id contact number
• New page open then you have to fill the OTP and click on submit to verify the OTP.
• After verification of OTP than you have to login into your account with your registered email id and password and click on login button.
• After login into your account then you need to fill some more details like fathers name, mothers name, address, category, nationality etc. After filling these details save it and move to the next step.
• Submit the scanned image of passport size photo, signature, and other original documents, Click on save and move to the next step.
• After uploaded images successfully than you have to pay the fee.The payment made through the online mode. After that system provides the application form with a successful transaction message.

After filling the ca foundation examination application form then you have received your admit card through online on ICAI website. The admit card is issued before the 21 days of exam.
